Source Control (SC) Membrane

Geomembrane for use in SUDS & stormwater control systems

SC Membrane has been specifically designed and tested for use with underground stormwater storage systems. It is an impermeable membrane for use on tanked systems.

Durability
SC Membrane will remain flexible and will not degrade or oxidise under temperature conditions likely to occur in practice. Their effective operational temperature range is -25oC to 60oC.

Chemical Resistance
SC Membrane is resistant to attack by inorganic acids, alkalis, salt solutions which cause corrosion to metals, and dilute solutions of detergents or bleaches.

Resistance to U.V. Light
Exposure to ultraviolet light, including sunlight, will embrittle SC Membrane. The material is not therefore recommended for uses where it will be exposed to long periods of outdoor weathering.
